Matcha Kōmyō

This unique matcha blend is crafted from carefully selected first-class green teas—Ujihikari, Tsuyuhikari, and Asahi cultivars—all showcased at the 2022 Kansai Tea Exhibition.

Komyo is a light, slightly edgy usucha with a mild yet distinctive body, revealing notes of walnuts and fresh young tea leaves. Its nutty, creamy-sweet finish lingers on the palate. Ground with a slightly rustic texture, Kōmyo offers a unique mouthfeel. Preparing it with higher temperature water (85–90℃) is recommended, as this softens the flavor and mellows its tart edge.
