Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery (TIKI)
    • Affordable and reliable option for non-urgent orders.
    • Orders placed by 4:00 PM (WIB) will be shipped the same day.
    • Delivery time: 1–3 days.
    • Recommended for those who prefer a cost-effective shipping method.
  • Pickup (Customer-Arranged)
    • Pickup Location: Mall Taman Anggrek, Lobby Matahari.
    • Pickup Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

Important Notes

  • Notice Period: Please schedule your pickup at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Pickup Method: You may pick up your order in person or arrange their own delivery using services like Go-Send, Grab Express, or Lalamove.
  • Scheduling Pickups: Once your pickup time is confirmed, we’ll prepare your order and ensure it’s ready. If you or your delivery driver arrive late, please notify us in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Occasional Unavailability: If we’re unavailable due to travel or other reasons, we’ll notify you in advance and provide the next available date for pickup. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Responsibility During Transit: Once the order has been handed over to your chosen delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages.

  • Loose Leaf Tea Care: In our tea project, we treat each order with the utmost care, recognizing that some tea varieties are delicate and prone to breakage. That’s why we pack each order individually, ensuring the tea’s natural, beautiful shape is preserved. This meticulous approach reflects our dedication to quality and our passion for sharing tea that reaches you in perfect condition.

A: While we use bubble wrap and foam for secure packaging, we don’t purchase new materials. Instead, we reuse materials received from suppliers, online orders, and renovations, giving them a second life and reducing waste.

Q: What happens if you’re unavailable for pickups?
A: If I’m unavailable, I’ll notify you in advance. Pickup may not be possible during this time, but I’ll provide the next available date for your order. Thank you for your understanding!
