Matcha Seijo no Shiro

Powdered green tea favoured by Zabosai, the 16th generation grand tea master of Urasenke.

Seijo no Shiro is a gently pleasant tea of unique quality with a particularly mild taste. It has a well-balanced and moderate, yet fresh, light and green aroma. Its refined and cultivated taste should be experienced as a koicha. It much prefers lower temperature brewing water.
