Matcha Matsu no Midori

Matsu no Midori is a delightful and excellent choice for your everyday usucha. Its flavors are smooth and well-balanced, with a slightly fuller body and a touch of sweetness, much like Marukyu Koyamaen's Isuzu. You'll also notice vibrant green notes and just a hint of tartness. Be sure to brew it with water at least 80°C.

As for the name "Matsu no Midori" (松の翠), "Midori" (翠) refers to a color inspired by the Kingfisher’s feathers, a mix of bluish-green hues. "Matsu" (松) means pine, so the name evokes the rich, green color of pine leaves.
